Are your products cruelty free?

Cruelty?! From Vixens?! Clutch Da Pearls! But of course we’re cruelty~free Dah~ling! Our products are never tested on animals. We use botanical as well as alternative formulas when needed. All of our testing is performed on us Vixens and our Vampy family and friends. Best of all, we’re paraben free too!
 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal. So many payment options! How’s that for being an Alpha!

Where does vintage vixen cosmetics ship to?

While we’d love to be on tour worldwide, we currently ship only to the 50 US states. But, as our fame grows, we hope to be able to ship to all of our fellow international Alpha Vixens soon so stay tuned!

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Alas Dear Glam One! Yes, unfortunately, you must pay your taxes, if applicable in your state. All of the Glitz and Glamour in the world hasn’t exempted us from playing that role yet. Perhaps we can petition Mr. DeMille. (wink, wink)

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, Dah~lings. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or refunds. Except in the event that we flub our lines and miss our cue in servicing you, i.e. we ship you the wrong item than what was requested and ordered. (Please see our in~depth policy for exchanging damaged items under our Shipping and Return page.)

what should i do if my items arrive damaged?

Oh My! Curtain Call is in five and your Glam is all ruined?! No worries. Simply email the details of your damaged items along with its photos to us at info@vintagevixencosmetics.com or via our Contact Us Form and we will gladly issue you an exchange in time for your grand performance.

When will my order ship?

We try our best to ensure that our Vixens are camera ready at all times. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 12pm EST, your Glam should be shipped 1-3 business days after it is processed.

What should I do if a product is out of stock?

Gasp! What can we say Dah~ling! You’ve made us a Star! Subscribe to our email list and receive insider information about restocks, promo codes, specials and more. Then visit our website to catch our Tour next go ‘round. (Maybe we’ll even throw in a few goodies for your patience.)

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A SUBMITTED ORDER?

To err is human, Dah~ling. We know faux paus aren’t divine. Orders submitted through our website process and ship very quickly. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or modify any orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. (Maybe Mr. DeMille will Green Light your next production.)
