VINTAGE VIXEN COSMETICS, LLC SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday.
Our standard shipping option is USPS. Shipping may take 5-7 business days.
Orders do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:
· New Year's Day
· Memorial Day
· 4th of July
· Labor Day
· Thanksgiving Day
· Christmas Day
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds are NOT accepted. Every purchase is a FINAL sale with the exception of damaged products received directly from Vintage Vixen Cosmetics, LLC. We are NOT responsible for damages caused by shipping and handling services or from products left on your property in exposed elements.
In the event of the receipt of damaged products, exchanges ONLY are accepted. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. Please contact info@vintagevixencosmetics.com and include a detailed description of the damaged item along with photos and any and all details regarding your exchange.
In the event that you receive an incorrect product than what was requested on your order invoice, we will ship you the requested item gratis as soon as possible. Please do not return the incorrect item. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept them back into our facility.
